Welcome to TypedAPI (hereinafter “the Service,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). The following Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of the TypedAPI platform. By accessing or using TypedAPI, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you may not use the Service.
TypedAPI is a web scraping service intended for individuals and small businesses. We offer our Service under these Terms, and by creating an account or otherwise using TypedAPI, you confirm your acceptance of them. These Terms apply to all features and functionalities we make available, as well as any content or information that is a part of TypedAPI.
TypedAPI operates under the laws of Sweden, and these Terms are governed by Swedish law without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms will be resolved in the competent courts of Sweden, unless otherwise required by mandatory consumer law. TypedAPI does not impose a specific minimum age requirement. However, by using the Service, you represent that you have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements under the laws of your jurisdiction. Each user must have a unique login, and account sharing is not allowed. You are responsible for safeguarding your account credentials. If you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or password, you must notify us immediately.
TypedAPI provides tools and an interface for web scraping tasks. Currently, only a free subscription plan is available. We may, at our discretion, add, modify, or remove features, functionalities, or subscription options in the future. Any significant changes will be communicated in accordance with these Terms.
To create an account, you must register with a valid email address and create a password of at least eight characters in length. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information. You are solely responsible for activities under your account and for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials. If you suspect any unauthorized access, please contact us immediately.
By using TypedAPI, you agree not to engage in unlawful activities or activities that may harm or interfere with the Service, other users, or external networks. You further agree not to violate the intellectual property rights or rights of any third party. We may introduce rate limits or other usage controls at our discretion to ensure that the Service remains stable and accessible for all users. TypedAPI does not currently integrate with any third-party services, and all intellectual property rights in the Service, including software, design, and text, belong solely to TypedAPI.
TypedAPI does not require or allow significant uploads of user-generated content for storage. If the Service processes data you scrape, such data is handled in real time and is not retained on our servers except for operational logs or usage metrics necessary to deliver and improve the Service. We collect personal data such as your email address and your API usage to provide and improve the Service. We employ encryption and other security measures to protect user data, but no method of transmission or storage is entirely secure. We strive to comply with applicable data protection laws, including GDPR and CCPA, to the extent they apply to TypedAPI. We only share user data with third parties if you explicitly agree to the use of cookies or similar technologies, and then solely for analytical or support purposes. By using our website and the Service, you consent to the placement of cookies as governed by your settings and our privacy practices.
We reserve the right to terminate or suspend any account under any circumstance, including but not limited to violation of these Terms or if we believe your activities may harm the Service or other users. You may terminate your account at any time by emailing [email protected]. Upon termination, we will delete your personal data promptly unless we are legally required to retain certain information.
TypedAPI is provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis, with no warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. We do not guarantee that the Service will be error-free or uninterrupted. To the fullest extent permissible under applicable law, TypedAPI disclaims all warranties related to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.
To the extent permitted by law, TypedAPI and its affiliates will not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or related to the use or inability to use the Service. In jurisdictions that do not permit exclusion of certain warranties or limitations of liability, our liability is limited to the greatest extent allowed by law.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TypedAPI, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, liabilities, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorney fees) arising out of your use of the Service, breach of these Terms, or violation of any third-party rights.
These Terms are governed by and construed under the laws of Sweden. Unless required otherwise by mandatory consumer law, any dispute arising from these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Sweden.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of any material changes by email or by posting a prominent notice on our website. By continuing to use TypedAPI after the effective date of any changes, you agree to the updated Terms.
These Terms, along with any referenced policies such as our Privacy Policy, constitute the entire agreement between you and TypedAPI regarding your use of the Service. They supersede any prior agreements or understandings. If any provision in these Terms is found invalid by a court of competent jurisdiction, the remaining provisions will remain effective. Our failure to enforce any provision of these Terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision or any other provision.
